DEPOSIT REQUIRED
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required no longer than 2 days after booking your appointment or it will be automatically cancelled.
LATE FEE POLICY
15 minute grace period. After that, $20 for 15 minutes late, $40 for 30 minutes late. After 30 minutes, appointment is cancelled unless communicated.
CANCELLATION & BOOKING
Clients can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before start time. Same day/last minute appointments incur an additional $30 fee. No show = blacklisted.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES
Absolutely NO plus ones. No rushed appointments - please state whether you have an event & reschedule for an earlier time if needed.
